Politicians Seem To “Get It”

From state to Federal to international political matters, these days candidates are showing more and more understanding that the old industrial model is rapidly evolving to the new knowledge economy model.  Folks that understand the importance of education to “their” people (and this includes everyone on the planet who desires a better life) “get it.”  They realize that natural resources can be important but only for the short run.  In the long run our ideas and our innovations are far more important.
